  • HAPPY SPRING!

Oh my, my last post said Happy Thanksgiving!  That was a while ago, but then I haven't got my Christmas cards out yet.  Too busy! So here is a quick update on what everyone is doing.

Josh and Caleb are working with David. They both have passed the insurance exam!

Stephanie is working at Larita's Cakes and More. She is a cake and cookie decorator, one of the best I have ever seen! She is engaged and is planning a beautifully simple outdoor wedding for September 9, yes, that is a Wednesday. 09/09/09

Anna and Rebekah are finishing up their first year of college! Anna is in Music and Rebekah is on the culinary program.

Micah, Abigail, Deborah, Josiah and Elisabeth are still being schooled at home.

All the children are still living here at home! I LOVE it! And we are still singing and entertaining! Fun fun!

David is in the process of buying an office building. So we will have to move ALL that office stuff soon. joy

Well, I am being asked questions of all sorts and can no longer think a straight thought of my own, so. Talk to ya......before Thanksgiving!

  • Hi all, Xanga threatened to oust me. YIKES!

So, I thought I had better post. Lately it's been busy, singing engagements, 2 girls graduated, staples in 6 year old Elisabeth's head, roofing our house, driver's ed, home school convention, got a Harley, a week in Branson, the list goes on and on.

Stop by for a cookie and say Hi.

    Blessings, Susan

  • Tired of the crud

I personally have not had the crud. You know, moms don't have time to be sick. BUT all my children have had THE CRUD. They cough, they have a fever for a week, they cough, they get a rash and they cough. Did I mention they cough! Boy do they cough.

We are now considerably behind on school. They were doing so well at being on track. Oh how to catch up......

Well, I best get back to being a mom, it is lunch time, you know, the time when children come out from everywhere and hold their tummies as if they haven't eaten in days and can't wait one more minute before they collapse......
